Welcome to Sanskruti Prakashan - Where Words Come to Life!

Sanskruti, a name that resonates with profound significance. As they say, 'A name is enough.' We have ventured into this field with a sense of responsibility and seriousness.

We at Sanskruti Prakashan humbly play the roles of literary connoisseurs, curators of the author's vision, printers, publishers, and, most importantly, readers. With unwavering dedication, we have been contributing to Marathi literature for the past twenty years. Our repertoire includes approximately 400 books, spanning various genres such as fiction, novels, poetry, essays, reviews, research, history, sociology, psychology, translation, and editing.

Pune, the cultural capital of Marathi literature, holds a special place in our hearts, particularly the iconic Appa Balwant Chowk. Adjacent to this historic square stands our Sanskruti Prakashan, a distinguished cultural bookstore that not only showcases our publications but also features a vast array of books from other renowned publishers. This ensures a seamless and convenient browsing experience for readers, with the added advantage of purchasing books directly from our store.

One distinctive feature of Sanskruti Prakashan is the annual "Sanskruti Diwali Ank" (Cultural Diwali Issue), a tradition that began in 2008 and has since gained popularity. Each Diwali issue is accompanied by a book, showcasing exceptional talents, evolving village cultures, unpublished letters, impactful writings, innovative subjects, and contributions from distinguished authors of Maharashtra. This issue, unique to Sanskruti Prakashan, is referred to as the 'Sanskruti Diwali Ank.'

Behind the scenes, our efficient team at Sanskruti Prakashan, led by Sunitaraje Pawar, works tirelessly to facilitate the distribution of publications and the production of the Diwali issue. Sunitaraje Pawar, who hails from the Satara district of western Maharashtra, has brought a new perspective to the Marathi language through her dynamic approach, pragmatic nature, and transparent business dealings. Her efforts have extended beyond urban areas, transforming the roots of our business into a flourishing tree. Sunitaraje Pawar has also earned recognition through various awards for her contributions to Marathi literature and her role as the first female president of the Maharashtra Sahitya Parishad in its 111-year history.
